At a minimum the site must include: • A secure tender-submission form that lets organisations upload tender notices, attach documents, set closing dates, and choose visibility options. • A fast search and filter function so suppliers can quickly find relevant opportunities by sector, location, date, or keyword. • An admin dashboard where I can approve, edit, or archive listings and monitor overall activity. I’m open to the stack you prefer—Laravel, Django, WordPress with custom plugins, or a modern JavaScript framework—so long as the final build is easy for me to maintain and extend.
