I want my entire accounting history moved out of Tally into Zoho Books and the new system set up so I can start working in it on day one without hiccups. Every ledger, voucher, invoice, bill, credit note, stock item—everything—must come across accurately and remain searchable in Zoho Books. Once the data is in place, I need Zoho Books configured end-to-end: • Chart of accounts, taxes, and opening balances • Vendor portals activated so suppliers can view and accept their bills online • Payment gateway integration via Razorpay, covering payment collection, refund processing, and full transaction tracking inside Zoho Books also need data to be entered in zoho inventory. and also need training for team. Acceptance criteria 1. Historical Tally data visible in Zoho Books reports with no mismatches. 2. Vendors able to log in, view bills, and confirm receipt. 3. Successful Razorpay transaction and refund reflected in books within the same day. 4. Short hand-over call plus a one-page cheat sheet so my team can operate the new setup confidently.
