Project Title: Simple POS & Inventory App for a Small Bar (27 Seats Total) Description: I own a small bar (about 35 m²) with 12 tables (24 seats) and 3 bar seats. I need a simple app to help manage table orders, track inventory, and calculate daily profits — something easy to use on a tablet or phone. This isn’t for a big chain — it’s just for a small family-run spot — so the app can stay clean and minimal, as long as it works smoothly. Main Features I Need: Table & Bar Orders Create and manage orders by table or bar seat. Reopen existing orders to add more items. Automatically calculate tax (18%) and totals. Simple layout — table view (T1–T12) and bar seats (B1–B3). Inventory Tracking Track bottles, servings, and ingredients used per drink. Convert bottles into servings (e.g., 1 bottle = 25 shots). Show what’s sold, what’s left, and what needs to be restocked. Daily Summary Show total sales, cost of goods, and profit. Calculate how much to keep for change, inventory restock, bills, and employee pay. End-of-day summary or simple report (PDF or screen view). Users Admin (me) and staff logins. Works offline if possible, syncing when online. Goal: At the end of each day, I want the app to clearly show: Total sales, Inventory used and remaining, Profit, and Restock suggestions. Platform: Mobile or tablet (Android preferred) Offline-first is a big plus. Technology: Any lightweight tech you prefer (Flutter, React Native, etc.).
