GoHighLevel is my primary scheduling tool and Zoho CRM is my single source of truth for sales. I need every appointment created in the GoHighLevel Calendar to appear in Zoho CRM immediately, carrying both the booking information and the client’s contact details. When a booking is rescheduled or edited in GoHighLevel, the corresponding record in Zoho CRM must update—never duplicate. The data set to map is specific: • Date & time • Appointment notes • Attendee details – name, phone, email • Appointment owner • Location • Calendar identifier A successful hand-off means: 1. New appointments automatically create the right record type or related module in Zoho CRM. 2. Any change made in GoHighLevel triggers an update to the existing Zoho record. 3. The sync runs in real time (or as close as the chosen method—API, Zapier, Make.com, custom webhook—allows). 4. Clear deployment notes or video walkthrough show how to adjust field mappings later. If you have proven experience with GoHighLevel API workflows or Zoho CRM’s REST API / Deluge scripting, this task should be straightforward. Once the integration is live and tested with sample bookings, the project is complete.
