Here’s how I picture the work flowing: • Design and build the performance-monitoring workflow—from data capture (POs, inspections, ASN logs, etc.) through to KPI calculation and graphical reporting. • Create a supplier scorecard dashboard that lets us drill from a high-level ranking to individual order history. • Allow configurable targets and triggers so the system flags exceptions automatically and emails the right stakeholder. • Integrate with our existing ERP via API or secure flat-file exchange, keeping data sync intervals flexible. • Deliver user and admin documentation plus a brief hand-off session. I’ll shortlist freelancers who show past work that proves you’ve implemented similar SRM or supply-chain analytics tools—screenshots, links or short walkthrough videos are ideal.
