I want to develop a mobile application similar to Uber Eats, but dedicated exclusively to supermarkets and focused on operating within Albania. The goal of the app is to allow customers to easily browse nearby supermarkets, view their available products, place orders, and choose whether they want to pick up their items or have them delivered to their location. The customer experience should be simple: when users open the app, they should be able to see a list of supermarkets near them based on their GPS location. After selecting a supermarket, the user can browse the full product catalog of that store, including all available categories and items. They should be able to add any product they want to their shopping cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, the customer must have two fulfillment options: Pickup, where they go to the supermarket themselves to collect the items, or Delivery, where a courier delivers the order to the customer’s address. Payments should support both card payments and cash payments. If the customer chooses delivery, the order is sent to a network of couriers who are registered in the system. Couriers can view available delivery requests, accept an order, pick it up from the supermarket, and deliver it to the customer’s location. The platform should support three main user types: customers who place orders, supermarkets that prepare the orders, and couriers who handle deliveries. The entire system should function smoothly, ensuring that supermarkets can update their products, customers can place orders quickly, and couriers can efficiently manage and complete deliveries.
