Project title • Summer Kitchen — Architectural Design Objective • Produce a complete architectural package for a single summer kitchen: accurate dimensional drawings and photorealistic 3D views for review and construction coordination. Scope of work 1. Project review and verification • Review supplied sketch, photos and dimensional notes. • Optional site verification (in-person or remote video) to confirm critical dimensions and site conditions (if requested). 1. Schematic layout and planning • Scaled floor plan showing footprint, internal layout (cooking zone, prep, sink, storage, seating if applicable), and circulation. • Show connection points to existing site elements (patio, retaining walls, property lines). 1. Architectural drawings (dimensional drawings) • Scaled plan(s) with all critical overall and detail dimensions. • Exterior elevations (all façades) with height dimensions and roof/podium details. • One or two typical sections showing floor/roof construction and clearances. • Door and window schedule (sizes and locations). • Materials/finishes legend (exterior cladding, roofing, countertop, floor). • Notes for basic construction coordination (foundations/pads, drainage, roof overhangs). • PDF and DWG (or DXF) delivery of final dimensional drawings. 1. 3D visualization • Photorealistic exterior 3D views: at least 3 views (front, angled/context, and back/service side) showing materials and relationship to adjacent site. • One interior perspective (focused on main cooking/prep area) if interior is part of the brief. • Images delivered in high-resolution JPEG/PNG suitable for presentation. • Optional: short walkthrough animation (add-on, quoted separately). 1. Coordination notes • Brief notes on constructability and coordination with other consultants (general, non-MEP). Deliverables • Dimensional drawing set (PDF + DWG/DXF) • 3D renderings (3 high-res images; interior view included if requested) • Materials/finishes legend and brief construction notes (PDF) Assumptions & exclusions • Structural engineering, MEP design, permits, and construction documents for tender are excluded (can be added for extra fee). • Detailed utility design and coordination (usage specification, electrical design, plumbing/drainage design) are excluded and listed as exceptions; client to engage an MEP/technical consultant for these services. • If detailed site survey is required, this is an additional service. • Final specifications for appliances/fixtures are by client or separate consultant unless requested.
