We need a web portal that lets our students handle everything in one place—pay their fees, book upcoming classes, and watch their remaining class-credit balance update automatically. Teachers should see their own dashboard to manage schedules, start lessons, and review attendance. Live lessons must happen inside the site itself through a built-in video-conferencing tool. The integration has to offer: • Screen sharing • Recording capability (with stored replays) • Breakout rooms for small-group work Beyond video, the flow should be seamless: when a student books a slot their credits drop, the calendar updates for both student and teacher, and reminders go out instantly. Secure payment processing, clear role-based access, and a clean, mobile-friendly UI are essential. I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it’s reliable and easy to maintain. Hand-over should include the full source code, deployment instructions, and a quick walk-through so my team can manage simple updates later.
