My WooCommerce site runs MultiVendorX Pro in marketplace mode with Stripe Connect handling payments and vendor payouts. Right now the flow breaks at the final “Pay now” click: Stripe refuses to process the charge, throws its generic error message on screen, and leaves the cart untouched. Renewals, refunds, and vendor payouts are all fine—only first-time checkout fails. Here is what I know so far: • The failure happens every single time a customer checks out a new order. • Stripe logs show the session is created, but the payment_intent never confirms. • MultiVendorX and WooCommerce are both on their current versions; cache, keys, and webhooks have been double-checked. I also need to be sure subscription payments are working properly. Deliverable 1. Debug & fix the checkout path so payments process without errors. 2. Document the change (file edits, hooks, or dashboard settings) 3. Provide a quick sanity test for future plugin updates.
