Job Description I’m looking for a developer to build a simple, fast stock-tracking web app for a plumbing & heating business. The system will allow plumbers to: scan a QR code on a storage box enter a job number and quantity taken submit in under 10 seconds on a phone The office needs: visibility of materials used stock level tracking ability to export materials by job and add them to Tradify (job management software) This is not a full ERP or warehouse system. No real-time Tradify API integration required. Simplicity and speed are critical. Key Requirements Mobile-friendly web app or PWA QR codes identify storage boxes automatically Minimal user input (job number + quantity) Admin dashboard for stock & usage CSV export compatible with Tradify Designed for real-world tradespeople (fast, simple) Nice to Have Offline capture with sync later Low-stock alerts Clean, minimal UI Important I already have a very detailed workflow and requirements document.
