I already have the architectural CAD file of the house plus a PDF showing the full site plan with grading notes and preliminary landscape indications. What I’m missing—and what I need your help with—is a set of photoreal, spring-summer 3D stills that combine the building, terrain, and basic greenery in one coherent model. Viewpoints • A straight-on front view • A matching rear elevation • An aerial overview that shows how the structure sits on the graded lot • One additional corner perspective to catch both façades in a single shot Season & atmosphere Bright spring or early-summer daylight: think fresh lawn, leafy trees, and soft midday shadows—no fall colors or snow. Landscape detail level Keep it simple. Grass, typical deciduous trees, and a few low bushes are all that’s required; no outdoor furniture, flower beds, or decorative extras. Files I will supply CAD (.dwg) of the house, the PDF site plan, and any supporting dimensions or contour information you might need to match grades accurately. Deliverables 1. High-resolution JPEG or PNG renders for each of the four viewpoints (minimum 4K on the long edge). 2. The native 3D file or an exchange format (FBX, SKP or similar) so future edits are possible. 3. A brief list of textures or assets used. Acceptance criteria • House geometry matches the provided CAD exactly. • Site grades follow the PDF contours with no visible distortions. • Vegetation placement feels natural but does not obstruct key architectural elements. • Lighting conveys a clear spring/summer noon ambiance without harsh overexposure. Preferred tools are up to you—3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Lumion, Blender with Cycles, or any equivalent pipeline—so long as the final images meet the quality and resolution noted above. Once I hand over the files, please give me a quick preview angle to confirm terrain alignment before you proceed to final lighting and render passes.
