I’m commissioning a complete 3D mock-up for a 5,771 sqm sports exhibition that will host 64 booths in four size categories (3×3, 3×6, 6×6, 6×9). The project covers the full floor plan, a single main stage, and several activation zones that must feature interactive displays and comfortable seating areas to encourage live product demos and audience engagement. All modelling and layout work must be carried out in AutoCAD—my preferred environment—so I can review and adjust layers later if needed. I’ll rely on you to translate the zoning brief into an efficient traffic flow, optimise sight-lines toward the stage, and ensure each booth footprint is accurately represented.
