My main goal is to lift user satisfaction by making the site feel snappy without sacrificing visual quality. I’m looking for someone who can: • Streamline image and video delivery—compression, next-gen formats, adaptive sizing, lazy loading, and a cleaner way to serve the intro clip. • Strengthen mobile responsiveness so layouts settle instantly and resources load only when needed. • Apply server-side and front-end tactics—caching, CSS/JS minification, database cleanup, CDN integration—to drive consistent speed gains. Tools such as WebP conversion, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, Cloudflare, or similar are welcome if they integrate smoothly with my current theme and plugins. The photography must remain crisp; a noticeable drop in quality is not acceptable. Deliverable: an optimized live site plus a simple changelog outlining every adjustment so I can maintain performance going forward.
