I’m ready to move from sketches to a fully-engineered, inverted roller speargun and I need a SolidWorks specialist who knows spearfishing gear inside out. The build centres on an Ermes-Sub trigger mechanism and matching reel; every component must come together in a clean, manufacturable assembly. What the model must cover • Ermes-Sub trigger mechanism, rendered to exact tolerances • Reel and its integration with the roller system • Wooden body geometry, buoyancy pockets and internal routing • Rollers, spear-shaft, rubber bands and all mounting systems/accessories I’ll supply initial dimensions, reference photos and the specific trigger/reel CAD if available. You’ll turn that into a fully parametric SolidWorks assembly with detailed part files, exploded views, and 2D drawings ready for CNC or traditional machining—no imported dumb solids, please. To be sure the job lands in the right hands, I’d like to see past work that proves two things: real experience modelling complex mechanical products in SolidWorks and hands-on understanding of spearguns or similar marine equipment. A mechanical engineering degree will help demonstrate you can back the CAD with sound engineering decisions around stress, corrosion resistance and hydrodynamics. Final deliverables 1. Native SolidWorks part and assembly files (latest stable release) 2. Drawing pack with dimensions, tolerances and BOM 3. STEP export for third-party review 4. Short PDF explaining material choices and any load calculations you performed If you tick all three boxes—spearfishing know-how, SolidWorks mastery and an engineering background—I’m keen to start straight away. Show me previous models of marine or sporting equipment and let’s build a speargun that’s accurate, robust and ready for the water.
