I have a set of high-resolution photos of a protective plate that shares the size and curvature of a soccer shin pad. From these references, I need a precise 3D model suitable for rapid prototyping. The model must: • Match the exact dimensions I will supply (overall length, width, thickness, and side curvature). • Reflect the subtle surface texture and material grain visible in the photos. • Include provided graphics and make 2 variations so I can visualise alternate finishes. Please deliver a clean, watertight STL ready for print. If you build the part in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar, sending the native file alongside the STL would be a welcome bonus. Accuracy is key—±0.5 mm tolerance across all critical measurements—and the file should pass a standard slicer error check without additional repairs. Once we agree on the final shape, a quick set of still renders showing the two colour options will complete the task and let me move directly into prototype production.
