B2B Platform (Wordpress) We are looking to build a B2B platform that connects customers with factories in a smooth, automated way. Below is the flow and the main features we need from the website/platform: 1. Customer Entry ● Customers will come to our website where they can see: ○ A simple company introduction ○ Information about partner factories ○ A catalog of selected products We want this to look professional and easy to navigate. 2. Chatbot Interaction ● When a customer lands on the site, they should be able to chat with an AI assistant. ● The chatbot should answer common questions (about products, pricing, availability, MOQ, etc.). ● At the same time, it should collect important details like: ○ Product type/specifications ○ Quantity ○ Destination country ○ Customer’s contact info 3. RFQ (Request for Quotation) Draft ● Based on the conversation, the system should automatically create an RFQ draft. ● This draft should be saved into an internal dashboard where our team can review it. 4. Review & Approval ● On the dashboard, we (the admin team) should be able to: ○ See the RFQ ○ Edit or adjust details ○ Approve and forward it to a selected factory 5. Factory Communication ● The factory should receive the RFQ in their own portal/dashboard. ● They will be able to reply back with an official quotation. ● All this communication should be stored and visible in the system. 6. Response to Customer ● After we review the factory’s quotation, we want to send a final quotation back to the customer. ● The customer should get this in a clear, professional format. 7. Follow-up & Next Steps ● If the customer accepts, the system should allow us to move forward with order execution and logistics. ● If the customer rejects, we should still have the option to negotiate or close the request. Features We Need 1. AI Chatbot to handle first interaction + data collection. 2. Internal Admin Dashboard to manage RFQs, communication, and approvals. 3. Factory Access/Portal so factories can receive RFQs and send quotations. 4. Customer Access/Portal where customers can receive quotations and confirm orders. 5. Secure Payment System (escrow-style, safe for both buyer and supplier). 6. Analytics Dashboard for admins (inquiries, demand trends, activity logs). In short, we want a platform that works like a smart middle layer between customers and factories. ● Customers get quick answers and structured quotations. ● Factories get proper, qualified RFQs. ● We (the admin team) can control the whole process from one dashboard.
