I need two compact, cylindrical housings designed for small electronic boards that will be 3-D printed. Potentially, two pieces screwing into each other like a small cream box, or clicking together in some way, may prove the ideal solution without extra mounting components. Key goals — Exterior geometry that feels robust in the hand while remaining visually light and smooth. — Wall thicknesses, tolerances and part splits optimised for standard FDM printers; no overhangs that require heavy support. — Button, display and card-slot cut-outs aligned to a board that sits parallel to the cylinder wall (I will share board step files after kickoff). — Design files delivered in STEP (master), plus STL ready for slicing.
