I need a compact SketchUp model that quickly communicates the massing and general look of a single-family residence. The goal is strictly architectural visualization, so there’s no need to dive indoors—just the basic exterior with simple materials, accurate proportions and clean, readable geometry. Here’s what I’d like at hand-off: • a neatly organised .skp file built to real-world scale • a few daylight scene exports (PNG or JPG) that show the main façades and roof form No elaborate entourage, landscaping, or interior detailing is necessary; placeholder trees or cars are fine if they help set context. The emphasis is on speed, clarity and a model that’s easy for me to iterate on later. I can supply a PDF floor plan and elevations the moment we start, plus any reference photos that might help you capture the overall style. If anything is unclear in those drawings, feel free to flag it before modelling so we keep revisions to a minimum. Please work in the current SketchUp Pro release (or note which version you’ll deliver) so I can open the file without conversion hurdles.
