I’m looking for a clean, untextured 3D model of a residential building. The goal is to capture the overall massing and key exterior features—walls, roof form, openings, and basic balconies—without any materials, lighting, or advanced detailing. I will provide reference sketches and dimensions as soon as we start; you translate them into a single‐mesh model that is easy to iterate on later. Preferred delivery formats are OBJ, FBX, or a native file from Blender, SketchUp, or 3ds Max—whichever you are most comfortable with.
