I need a clean, no-nonsense mobile app that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The whole idea is to keep daily property management simple while giving everyone the exact view they need. Core workflow • My internal team (Admin) creates a task, assigns it, adds notes, costs and any supporting files. • Each syndicus / property manager sees only the buildings they handle, can update progress, add invoices and close jobs. • Every client logs in with a separate username to follow the status, cost breakdown and full history of their own property—nothing more, nothing less.
