My Shopify storefront is almost ready, but two small tweaks are missing before I can call it done: variant colour swatches on one product type and an automatic video loop on my collection pages. 1) Colour variants for stock-labelled clothing Only the “stock” clothing items need visible colour options. I already know the exact colours I want; you’ll just have to add them as variants and make the swatches show on both product and collection pages. Feel free to use my test item—https://sibilinaflamenca.es/products/julieta-stock—to double-check that any number of colours render correctly. 2) Autoplaying product videos in collections I’d like the mini-video behaviour you can see on the second row of this page: https://victoriacoleccion.com/collections/invitada-aw26. When shoppers scroll, each video thumbnail should auto-play on hover (or on load if hover isn’t possible) and then loop smoothly. The theme is a lightly customised Dawn build, so a clean, theme-compatible approach is a must—no hard-coding that will break on version updates. Once done, I’ll simply test the colour selector on a few live products and confirm the video loop looks identical to the reference site.
