I run a Shopify-based store and need a dependable partner to take full ownership of our customer communications. On any given day you will be: • Sending and tweaking order confirmations so they always match the latest promotions and policies. • Replying to customer inquiries in a friendly, brand-consistent tone. • Proactively pushing shipping updates and tracking details the moment they become available. Support has to happen on every channel our shoppers use—live chat, phone, and traditional email—without leaving anyone waiting more than a business day (ideally within a few hours). You’ll work inside the native Shopify admin plus whichever help-desk tool you prefer, as long as everything is logged and searchable. Please let me know your typical response times, the time zone you cover, and any experience you have resolving Shopify ticket flows end-to-end. I’ll provide brand guidelines, macros, and escalation paths; you’ll bring the empathy, accuracy, and follow-through.
