I’m setting up a small Shopify site that will sell five digital-only products, each one being a printable postal address label. When a customer checks out the store must automatically attach a sequential unique number to the label, store that number in the order record, and show it alongside the buyer’s name and address in the admin so my team can quickly match incoming parcels for redistribution. Scope of work • Configure a clean, basic Shopify theme (no heavy visual customisation needed; I will supply the product graphics, logo and brand colours). • Create the five digital products and ensure the download link is delivered after payment. • Build or configure the logic that assigns an incremental code (e.g. 1468927, 1468928, …) to every purchase and exposes it in both the customer’s download and the order details in the backend. • Set up an inventory-style dashboard or lightweight app so staff can filter or search orders by that code—Inventory management is the only extra app I foresee. • Connect my purchased domain to the store. • Enable card payments plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Payments. • Add our dedicated customer-service email address, plus the terms & conditions and privacy pages (content supplied). Acceptance criteria 1. A test order generates a unique sequential code that appears on the downloaded label PDF and in the order record. 2. Orders can be looked up in the admin by that code. 3. Apple Pay, Google Pay and standard card checkout complete successfully in test mode. 4. Store goes live on my custom domain with the five products visible and downloadable.
