**PLEASE READ before contacting me** I’m looking for an experienced Shopify developer with strong CSS and Dawn theme expertise to investigate and fix a site-wide issue on my Shopify store. The issue On mobile view, when users click into any product on the site, the product colour variants do not update or display correctly. This issue is happening across all products, not just one or two. The store is using the Shopify Dawn theme, and I believe the problem is related to: • CSS (mobile / responsive styling) • Variant colour swatches • How variant images are being handled or overridden on mobile • Possibly Liquid + CSS interactions within the Dawn theme Desktop behaviour appears normal — the issue is mobile-specific. What I need you to do • Review the website in mobile view • Confirm and reproduce the issue across all products • Investigate the Dawn theme CSS and relevant Liquid files • Identify the root cause (not a workaround) • Implement a clean, maintainable fix • Ensure colour/variant selection works correctly on mobile devices Requirements • Proven experience working with Shopify (Dawn theme specifically) • Strong CSS skills (responsive / mobile-first) • Comfortable editing Liquid templates • Experience troubleshooting variant selectors, swatches, and image switching • Ability to clearly explain what was changed and why Nice to have • Experience fixing site-wide Shopify theme issues • Mobile UX optimisation experience • Familiarity with Shopify’s variant image logic and JavaScript behaviour Deliverables • Variant colour selection working correctly on mobile for all products • Clean, documented CSS / Liquid changes • Short explanation of the issue and fix This should be a small but site-wide fix for someone who knows Shopify and Dawn well.
