Key booking functions are non-negotiable: • real-time calendar integration so availability is always accurate • automatic reminders and push/email notifications • one-tap cancel or reschedule without calling the shop Both apps must run natively on iOS and Android, share one codebase where practical, and sync with the website through a single backend. I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or another modern framework as long as the result feels smooth and reliable. From the business side, owners need to see incoming appointments, block out time, and manage basic client data from their phone or a browser. A lightweight admin portal that plugs into the same database is fine; no bloated legacy panels. I’ll provide branding assets and service categories. You’ll take care of UI/UX, development, basic testing, and handoff to the App Store and Google Play (including test builds and any required store assets). Clean, documented code and a short walk-through video will serve as the final acceptance criteria.
