** Overview: We’ve built a React/Tailwind single-page calculator app with 10 localized subpages. The UX and core dev are handled in-house. Now we need an SEO + monetization specialist to prepare it for launch, drive traffic, and optimize ad/affiliate revenue. This is not a one-off project. We’re planning a series of similar single-page tools/sites (calculators, converters, micro-SaaS, lightweight games). We’re looking for someone to become our long-term SEO & monetization partner, working alongside our in-house developer as we launch multiple projects. ** Core Tasks: - SEO Setup - Keyword & competitor research (per locale: UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, AE, IE, IN, MX, ZA). - On-page SEO (titles, meta, hreflang, schema/FAQ JSON-LD). - Backlink strategy (white-hat outreach, directory/guest posts, high-authority niche links). - Page speed checks (Core Web Vitals) and SEO audit fixes. ** Ad Monetization - Google AdSense account setup & approval. - Implement ads.txt, Consent Mode v2, CMP integration (IAB TCF). - Configure & place AdSense units in the 4 designated slots (Top Banner, Inline Result, FAQ Inline, Sticky Mobile via Anchor Ads). - Test fill rates and optimize placement for CPM/CPC. ** Affiliate Integration - Evaluate & discuss relevant financial partners according to locale (Wise, Revolut, payment processors). - Place affiliate banners in right-rail panel with proper tracking & UTMs. - Advise on scaling affiliate vs. AdSense. ** Analytics - Configure GA4 + GTM. - Event tracking for calc_perform, copy_result, copy_link, affiliate_click. - Setup Search Console, sitemaps, and performance dashboards. ** Skills Needed: - Proven SEO expertise (with backlink portfolio). - Google AdSense / Ads monetization experience. - Familiar with CMPs & Consent Mode v2 compliance. - Strong understanding of affiliate programs. - Comfortable working with React/Tailwind projects (not a front-end developer role, but must know where to inject tags/scripts). ** Deliverables (first 4 weeks): - SEO audit + keyword plan ready for discussion. - Configure AdSense, CMP, ads.txt, GA4, GTM. - Launch optimized ads in all 4 slots + affiliate panel. - Build backlink starter set (10–20 high-quality links). - Weekly progress reports ** Long-Term Commitment: This role starts with our VAT calculator site, but we already have a pipeline of similar micro-sites to roll out.
