The platform is 90% complete, but we need a high-level Laravel engineer with strong SEO and clean-code discipline to finalize the build, fix key issues, and prepare the site for launch. If you deliver excellent work in this phase, the second phase starts immediately after the launch. You will continue into Phase 2.
