Job Offer: Marketplace Specialist (Amazon, Allegro, Baselinker, Excel) Key responsibilities: Managing and optimizing sales on Amazon (PL, DE, other EU marketplaces) and Allegro Daily operation of seller accounts (Amazon Seller Central, Allegro Ads, Allegro Lokalnie) Full integration and offer management via Baselinker (or similar system) Creating, optimizing, and bulk-editing listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, A+ Content, Storefront) Price optimization (repricing), inventory management, and stock synchronization Sales performance analysis, reporting, and proposing actions to improve conversion and ranking Advanced daily work in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) Managing PPC campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands, Allegro Ads) Competitor monitoring and marketplace trend analysis Handling account issues (returns, A-to-Z claims, suspensions, performance metrics) Must-have requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in selling on Amazon and/or Allegro Excellent daily knowledge of Baselinker (integrations, rules, shipment templates, automations) Advanced Excel skills (conditional formatting, pivot tables, complex formulas; macros are a plus) Experience in listing optimization and running PPC campaigns Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data Excellent organization and ability to work under time pressure Polish native speaker, English minimum B2 (communication with Amazon support) Nice-to-have: Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard, or similar tools German language skills (for DE marketplace) Experience with dropshipping or private label Ability to create graphics in Canva/Photoshop (A+ Content, product photos)
