I’m running a live e-commerce site on my cloud hosting account and have just purchased an additional space within the same provider. All I need is for the entire site—files, database, and any configuration—to be moved to that new space with zero interruption to shoppers. No design, content, or feature changes are requested; this is strictly a file and database switch. Before anything is touched, please create a full backup of the current environment. Once the backup is secured, transfer everything to the new hosting space, mirror the existing settings (paths, permissions, environment variables, cron jobs), and re-point the domain so the storefront remains available throughout the process. SSL must stay active, and all existing orders, user accounts, and admin access should work exactly as they do now. Deliverables • Complete backup archive of the current site (files + SQL dump) shared with me • Store fully functional on the new hosting space, domain correctly mapped, SSL intact • Brief hand-over report outlining steps taken and any configuration changes Acceptance criteria • Site loads without errors, admin panel reachable, and checkout flow tested end-to-end • No data loss or downtime observed during or after the switch I will provide full access to both hosting areas (cPanel/SSH). Ideally, the migration is wrapped up within the next 24–48 hours.
