The platform must bring together real-time GPS tracking, a maintenance scheduler, usage analytics, and a fast onboarding workflow so new vehicles or riders can be registered in minutes. The same codebase should serve three distinct roles: Fleet Managers (full operational view and control), Delivery Riders (vehicle status, assigned routes, personal metrics), and Administrators (system-wide settings and user management). Deliverables • Responsive web dashboard—plus a mobile-friendly view—for live map tracking, service calendar, and analytics charts • Live location feed with rapid refresh, location history, and basic geofencing • Maintenance module recording services, triggering automated reminders by mileage or date, and flagging overdue tasks • Analytics suite calculating utilisation rates, idle time, distance travelled, with CSV/Excel export • Guided onboarding flow for vehicles and riders, including QR or serial number capture • Source code, database schema, installation script, and concise user/admin documentation Acceptance is complete when the system is deployed to our staging server, passes a test run with 10 scooters and 5 bikes, and each role’s permissions work exactly as outlined.
