We are seeking an experienced development team to build a robust B2C + B2B e-commerce platform for our client, who is launching an Online Industrial Hardware Store with a catalogue of approximately 4,000 active products, structured into families, subfamilies and technical attributes. The solution must be scalable, secure and suitable for a large, highly-structured product inventory. A mandatory requirement is the full integration with SAP Business One from day one, with SAP acting as the single source of truth for products, pricing, stock and customer information. Only teams with proven, demonstrable experience integrating SAP Business One with e-commerce platforms will be considered. Scope of Work The platform may be built on WooCommerce, Prestashop or any robust alternative, provided that the vendor justifies the choice. The system must support: Dual pricing: B2C customers see and purchase using public retail price (PVP). B2B professionals (after manual approval) see professional pricing, including individual discounts and price lists from SAP. Advanced B2B Portal: login, order history, exclusive products, personalised pricing and promotions. Complete e-commerce flow: cart, checkout, payments, shipping logic by product type, transactional emails and content management. Advanced search engine: ElasticSearch, Algolia, Meilisearch or similar, with fast rendering, typo-tolerance, related items and high performance. Catalogue structure: visibility rules (sellable / non-sellable online), B2B-only items, technical details and image galleries. SAP Business One Integration (Mandatory) Synchronisation of products, families, attributes, stock and dual pricing. Web-to-SAP order creation for all B2C and B2B orders. Integration via Service Layer or DI-API, including logs, error handling, retry mechanisms and technical documentation.
