I’m developing a restaurant-lounge that fuses the mystique of the yakuza, the honour of samurai warriors and the serenity of bamboo into a slightly dark, club-like setting. I need a complete interior concept for the dining and bar zones, plus a subtle makeover of the exterior façade so the outside already hints at the experience within. The brief is firmly rooted in Traditional Japanese design: shoji-filtered light, tatami proportions, timber and stone textures, live bamboo elements and curated armour or katana displays. At the same time, I want strategic low-key lighting and occasional red-neon accents to give it that underground bar vibe without drifting into cliché. Key deliverables • Concept mood-board and material palette showing colours, textures and lighting mood • Optimised floor plan with furniture layout, circulation and service zones (DWG/PDF) • Photorealistic 3D renders for both day and evening ambience—minimum two interior angles per zone plus one exterior view (V-Ray, Corona, Enscape—or similar) • Exterior façade treatment with signage and lighting suggestions • Itemised FF&E list with reference specs and finishes • Editable source files (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) alongside high-resolution images I need the first round of concept boards almost immediately and the full render set as soon as possible after approval of the layout. Please confirm your preferred software, typical revision cycle and links to any similarly moody hospitality projects you’ve completed so I can move fast on awarding the work.
