SaaS MVP: OAuth & Analytics

The first release of my SaaS needs to prove three things at once: users can get in effortlessly with Google or Facebook, their data is stored and processed reliably, and they can see immediate value through clear, exportable reports. Here’s the flow I have in mind. A new user clicks “Sign-in with Google/Facebook,” the app handles the full OAuth handshake, stores the profile, and lands them on a clean dashboard. From there they should be able to upload or import their own data (CSV is fine for now), watch it process in the background, then view aggregate metrics and simple visualisations in real time. At any point they can export the transformed dataset or the analytic summaries back to CSV. To keep scope tight I’m limiting the MVP to: • Third-party OAuth (Google & Facebook) with secure session handling • Core data layer that covers storage, background processing and bidirectional CSV import/export • A lightweight reporting module: at least one chart, one table, and a downloadable summary Tech stack is flexible—Node/React, Django/Vue, Laravel/Inertia, or a serverless combo on AWS or Firebase all work for me—as long as it is production-ready and can scale once traction hits. Clean code, clear commit history and concise documentation are non-negotiable deliverables because future sprints will build directly on this foundation. If this scope is crystal clear to you and you can move fast while keeping the architecture tidy, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
