Space is tight, so the living-dining zone must feel open and highly functional without losing the cosy, premium vibe I’m after. Cost effectiveness matters, yet the finishes should still read authentic and high-quality. To move quickly I need: • A portfolio that demonstrates similar traditional Indian or rustic work—ideally projects that blend the two. • A short outline of how you would tackle this specific space: from initial concept, space planning, and mood boards through to material selection and final styling. • Your usual fee structure, milestones, and how you handle on-site coordination once the design is signed off. If your approach includes tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or comparable software for layout drawings and 3-D visualisations, please mention them so I understand the outputs I’ll be reviewing.
