Location: Visakhapatnam Job Type: Full-Time About the Program The SHARD Program is an innovative, school-focused initiative designed to bring hands-on robotics, AI, and STEM learning to students from Grades 3 to 10. Our goal is to spark curiosity, build practical skills, and prepare students for the future through experiential education, real-world problem solving, and cutting-edge technology exposure. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for passionate, energetic trainers who can inspire young minds. Role Overview The Robotics & AI Trainer will be responsible for delivering robotics, STEM, and AI-based sessions to school students, conducting workshops, supporting project demonstrations, and ensuring smooth implementation of the SHARD curriculum across partner schools. Key Responsibilities Training & Delivery Conduct engaging, activity-based robotics and AI classes for students (Grades 3–10). Deliver SHARD Program curriculum using robotics kits, sensors, electronics modules, and coding platforms. Guide students in building projects, troubleshooting issues, and presenting their work. Facilitate school workshops, demonstrations, and events. Curriculum & Content Support Assist in customizing learning activities based on class level and student capability. Provide feedback to the curriculum development team to improve modules and kits. Maintain proper usage of robotics kits and ensure safety standards. Program Operations Coordinate with school management, teachers, and program coordinators. Ensure timely delivery of sessions as per the academic calendar. Track student progress, prepare reports, and share updates with internal teams. Manage inventory of training materials and kits at the school level. Required Skills & Qualifications Essential Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE/Mechanical/Mechatronics) or related field. Strong knowledge of robotics fundamentals: sensors, motors, microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi preferred). Good understanding of basic coding (Python, block-based coding, Arduino IDE). Excellent communication and classroom handling skills. Passion for teaching and working with young students. Preferred Experience in STEM training, robotics clubs, maker spaces, or school workshops. Knowledge of AI/ML basics and ability to teach beginner-level concepts. Hands-on experience with DIY electronics, drones, 3D printing, or IoT kits. Ability to travel to different schools as required.
