My WordPress site is completely offline and I need it back up as soon as possible. The problem sits at the server level—WordPress itself hasn’t been touched recently, and no new plugins, themes, or updates were applied before the outage. I’m looking for someone who can jump in Cpanel to identify why the server is “full,” clear or re-allocate whatever resources are blocking it, and restart all necessary services so the public site loads normally again. Typical tooling on the box includes standard Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, and WP-CLI; if you need something else, just let me know and I’ll install it. Deliverables • Root-cause report in plain language (disk space, logs, permission error—whatever it turns out to be) • Step-by-step summary of what you changed or cleaned up • Confirmation that the homepage and admin dashboard both load without errors • One preventive recommendation so this doesn’t repeat (cron cleanup, log rotation tweak, monitoring, etc.) I’ll provide server credentials immediately after we start, and I’m available in real time to test the fix. I have been using the same programmer for a number of years for this issue, the server gets full, temp files need to be deleted, server restarted or something, not entirely sure what he does or i would do it myself. Also would like a couple of websites removed from server that are no logner being used.
