I need a clean, responsive HTML template for a transactional email—order confirmations, password resets, that sort of message. The design has to respect our existing brand guidelines (colour palette, fonts, spacing standards and voice), so I will supply the style guide, logo files and preferred hex values as soon as we start. Essential elements: • Company logo placed prominently at the top • A well-structured footer with full contact details, social links and the required legal text Because this is purely transactional, no big promotional banners or heavy imagery are required, but the code should still accommodate a small button or plain-text link if we ever need to add one. Technical notes: • Fully responsive, tested in the latest versions of Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and major mobile clients • Tables-based layout with inline CSS to maximise compatibility • All images hosted via absolute URLs with alt text in place • Final hand-off: one minified HTML file plus the editable source, both validated through Litmus or a comparable tool I’ll review in Litmus as well and sign off once the template renders pixel-perfect across the target clients and loads quickly.
