Scope • Produce a site plan that highlights accurate building footprints in relation to boundaries, setbacks, and any key easements. • Draft a complementary floor plan that aligns with the footprints and reflects the current design intent. • Deliver both drawings in PDF for quick review and in a CAD-editable format (DWG or similar) so I can forward them to my engineer later. What I will supply • Current architectural plans/blueprints in PDF and • Lot dimensions, orientation, and local zoning notes. What I expect back • Clean, scaled drawings ready for council submission. • Layered CAD files with logical naming so future edits are simple. • A short revision round to tighten any dimensions or annotations.
