All work must be produced in AutoCAD for the 2-D drawings, modelled in SketchUp, and finished with a photorealistic rendering package of your choice (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar). Here is what I need from you: • Floor plans – fully dimensioned, to scale, ready for council/permit submission. • Sectional drawings – at least two key sections highlighting structure, floor-to-ceiling heights, and roof details. • 3D renderings – exterior day and dusk views plus one key interior shot that clearly communicates materiality and lighting. The CAD and SketchUp files must remain tidy and well-layered so I can update them later. Final deliverables should be supplied in DWG, SKP, and high-resolution PNG/JPG (minimum 4K). Please include examples of previous residential drawings and renders that demonstrate both technical accuracy and aesthetic quality.
