We an in the process of doing a renovation to an existing house structure. The house has been renovated twice before but this renovation will be adding a second floor to the structure. Building plans have and are being designed by our local architect and he only provides files in PDF and JPEG format (to retain his intellectual property). Having attempted this project with another freelancer and not getting to the point we are happy with we are reposting the project and will continue with a new freelancer. Our requirements are as follows: 1) Redraw the existing ground floor structure accurately. Ensure good communication with us to ensure you have the most up to date drawings to ensure your drawings are accurate. 2) Redraw the proposed top structure using both the PDF and JPEG documents. Create walkthrough perspective images of each room, passage, staircase, etc 3) Design a solar panel friendly roof structure that could work on the top floor design. 4) Create a 3d model of the house with any new changes that have been done or suggested. 5) Design different staircase options that can fit the space 6) Create a image of the outbuilding including exterior extensions The main purpose of the project is to create whats been designed by our architect in a 3d format with various perspectives of the interior which will allow us to make changes and suggestions to improve the look and flow. Also to do the same with the exterior. Once these changes are suggested the freelancer should do the adjustments and provide revised images for us to consider at no extra cost. We need to have collegial correspondence until we get to conclude the project. Budget is between $100 - $250
