About the Project I am Dr Emeka Ike, a GP, rural practice owner, and founder of community and charity initiatives across Nigeria, the UK, and Australia. I'm writing a research-informed, story-rich book titled: From Blame to Build: A Practical Guide for African Migrants in the West The book explores how mindset, skills, networks, family, faith, and civic engagement shape real-life outcomes for African migrants. It blends data, academic research, and real stories with practical tools. The core framework is called "Builders, Not Blamers"—helping migrants move from justified frustration toward constructive action. I need a Research Assistant to collect, organise, and summarise information from academic and credible web sources. I will conduct all interviews personally. Your role is desk research and organisation only. This Posting: Packet 1 – African Migrants in Australia This job is for a single, defined research task (Packet 1). If we work well together, there will be additional research packets covering other themes.
