I need a small but robust multi user Report Library that lets me capture every recommendation made in our internal or external reports, track the outcome of each one, and quickly surface the information later. Core features • Record: Each record must hold the report details (and the report?), the recommendation text, the team or person responsible, target completion date, and the eventual outcome or status. • Search: I want to be able to filter by keyword, by date range, by category or tag, and to pull up every recommendation that still has no outcome recorded. Searches should feel instant even as the data set grows. • Reminders: When a recommendation has no outcome by its target date, an automatic email reminder should go to the responsible person (and optionally a copy to me). A simple admin screen to adjust email templates, frequency, and recipients will keep this flexible. Tech preferences I am open on the underlying technology—SQL or NoSQL could both work—so please recommend what you feel is the most maintainable and cost-effective option for this scale. Will be hosted internally on sharepoint Deliverables - Database schema and setup scripts - A lightweight web interface (internal use only) for CRUD operations and search - Automated email notification logic with editable templates - Documentation: user guide and brief technical hand-over notes - A short walk-through call or recorded video showing deployment and key workflows Acceptance criteria 1. I can add a new recommendation in under 30 seconds. 2. I can locate any record via keyword, date range, or tag in under two seconds (with ≤10k records). 3. The system sends an email exactly at the configured reminder time, including a direct link back to the record. 4. All source code, scripts, and credentials required for redeployment are delivered.
