Think of the workflow you see in Booqable, Hirehop or Insphire—that’s the benchmark I’m aiming for and I’d like you to have a good feel for those platforms before we talk further. Core Scope The system must run smoothly in a modern web browser and be mirrored by native-feel apps for both iOS and Android. Key modules include robust inventory management (with availability calculations down to the minute), customer tracking with a clear hire-history timeline, and a booking & scheduling engine that handles clashes, extensions and returns automatically. Integrations Out of the box the build should connect cleanly to accounting software, email-marketing tools, and leading payment gateways so invoices and reminders go out without manual intervention and payments reconcile instantly. Development Roadmap & Maintenance I’d like to start with an MVP that covers the key modules above, then iterate into deeper asset lifecycle reporting, barcode / QR scanning, and advanced analytics.
