The goal is a working proof of concept that runs on both iOS and Android, letting users: • Browse available properties • Secure a booking through an in-app booking system • Pay directly in the app (card or UPI gateway—whichever you can wire up fastest) • Receive real-time notifications for confirmations and reminders I only need core screens, basic branding, and straightforward flows; no advanced analytics or marketing extras at this stage. A lightweight backend or Firebase setup is fine as long as it keeps bookings and payments in sync.
