Google Play just rejected my release for declaring media permissions I don’t actually use. I need an experienced Android developer to open the project, inspect the AndroidManifest.xml (and any library manifests or Gradle merges that feed into it), and strip out every unnecessary permission that triggers Google’s policy violation. The review notice cites Camera, Microphone, and External Storage along with related scopes—audio recording, video recording, and photo access. Please trace where each of these entries is introduced, delete or disable them, and double-check that no other media-related permissions remain. I’m not completely sure whether something essential should be added instead, so I’ll rely on your guidance for any replacements or refactoring needed to keep the build functional while staying compliant. Deliverables • Cleaned AndroidManifest.xml (plus any modified Gradle or library config files) • A brief summary of what was removed, why it was safe, and confirmation that the final APK passes Play Console’s permission check I’ll provide the current source as soon as we start; I’m hoping for a quick turnaround so I can resubmit without further rejections.
