For the living room I want a modern look—sleek lines, balanced proportions, no unnecessary bulk. Keep that same modern aesthetic flowing into the bedroom so the two spaces feel connected. The office can draw on the same palette but may include subtle functional variations if you feel it improves workflow. Scope of work • Adjust wall lines or dimensions only where required for better furniture fit. • Place and label all major furniture pieces, kitchen units, and built-ins. • Render a final 2D plan in colour (PDF + editable source preferred). • Provide one round of minor revisions once I review. I’ll supply the current drawing in DWG and PDF the moment we start. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software that’s fine—just make sure I receive the editable file alongside the print-ready sheet.
