I’m looking for a fully-functional API panel that already handles mobile recharge, utility bill payments, DTH recharge, and payout services. If you don’t have a working demo to show up front, this job isn’t for you—I need to see the system in action before we move forward. The API must rely on a simple API-key header for authentication. Within the panel I expect searchable, exportable transaction history; real-time notifications whenever a transaction’s status changes (webhooks or another push mechanism are fine); and role-based user management so I can create and control retailers, resellers, and admins with individual margins. I’ll be plugging the endpoints into an existing PHP/React stack, so clean REST design, JSON responses, proper status codes, and concise error messages are critical. Please include balance inquiry and order-status endpoints in addition to the core recharge and bill-pay calls. Deliverables • Running API panel with source code and database schema • Postman or Swagger collection covering every endpoint • Quick setup & deployment guide Acceptance criteria: during the demo I must see at least one successful mobile recharge and one utility bill payment, receive the corresponding real-time callbacks, and verify both entries in the transaction history screen. Once that’s satisfied we can move straight to deployment.
