I want a clean, realtor-focused workspace inside Monday.com that lets me capture every lead, follow each conversation, and keep my property inventory at hand without jumping between spreadsheets and inboxes. The build should include: • Lead management – a board that collects new inquiries (manual entry and embedded form), assigns them automatically, and moves them through custom statuses. • Client interaction tracking – a timeline of calls, emails, and meetings that links back to the original lead so I can see the full history in one click. • Property listings management – a central place for photos, specs, price changes, and availability, tied back to matching buyers. - internal integration for multiple boards to update. this is to start with an excel import and then to assignt to a user who will do research and update that board. Then the information will go to another users board for a different task of doing calling and updating the system. Another team member will be in charge of doing deeper research for skip tracing and tracking heirs of the subject if the subject is deceased. Please include internal automations (notifications, reminders, and status-based deadlines) and at least one dashboard that shows active deals, upcoming follow-ups, and listing inventory at a glance.
