I have a small, existing two-story roadside motel and I want to visualize its future: four additional guest-room floors topped by an eco-friendly, plant-filled atrium that houses a signature restaurant. Because I do not yet have architectural drawings for the expansion, I need you to create simple concept plans first, then turn them into a short, realistic 3D animation that shows the full build-out from exterior approach to an interior sweep of the atrium restaurant. Scope • Draft basic floor layouts and massing that illustrate how four new levels integrate with the current structure. • Design a nature-inspired atrium and restaurant (think abundant daylight, greenery, natural finishes). • Produce a smooth, photoreal fly-around and quick interior walkthrough (≈30–45 seconds) that highlights the motel façade, guest-floor stacking, and the rooftop dining space. • Supply still renders of key angles for reference. Tools such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, or equivalent are fine as long as the output feels true-to-life. I’m aiming for a clear conceptual preview rather than a full construction set, so keep the modelling lean and focus on believable materials, lighting, and that inviting green ambience in the atrium.
