The project centres on building a unified real-estate listing platform made up of two deliverables: a modern, responsive website and a native Android application. Both fronts must work from the same database so that properties, user accounts and search results stay perfectly in sync. Core features to implement • Property search with robust filters (location, price, bedrooms, etc.) • Secure user registration, login and profile management • Interactive maps that let visitors explore listings visually, ideally powered by Google Maps or a comparable SDK I will supply branding assets, an outline of the site hierarchy and sample property data. You’ll architect the back-end (SQL or NoSQL is fine—choose what you’re most efficient with) and expose clean APIs the Android app can call. Feel free to use frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular on the web side and Kotlin or Java on Android, as long as the final experience is fast and intuitive. Deliverables 1. Source code for both the website and the Android app, fully documented 2. Staging URL and a signed APK for testing, followed by production deployment (Play Store listing help appreciated) 3. Admin access and clear setup instructions so I can manage properties, users and content independently Acceptance criteria – Searches return accurate, paginated results in under two seconds on a typical 4G connection – Map pins load dynamically and centre on the selected listing – Users can create an account, edit their profile and save favourites without errors – The same data set is visible and editable from both website and app Please keep communication regular, push code to Git at logical milestones and be prepared for one round of revisions after testing.
